Meet Vaheh Manoukian
Vaheh Manoukian founded the firm on one standard: every client works directly with an attorney who knows their case in detail. Before you call
How much does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee, agreed in writing before we begin, and no fee is owed unless we recover for you.
How long do I have to file a claim in California?
Generally two years from the injury. Claims against a government entity must be filed within six months. We confirm your deadline at the first meeting.
Can I recover if I was partly at fault?
Yes. California’s comparative negligence rule reduces your recovery by your share of fault but does not bar it.
Will I have to go to court?
Many cases resolve without a trial. If a fair resolution is not offered, we file suit and prepare the case for court, and you are kept informed at every step.
Where in California do you take cases?
Anywhere in the state. We represent clients throughout California and meet by phone, video, at your home or in the hospital.
