Before you call
How much does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. The consultation is free, the fee is a percentage of the recovery agreed in writing before we begin, and there is no fee unless we win.
How long do I have to file a claim in California?
Generally two years from the injury. Claims against a government entity must be filed within six months. We confirm your deadline at the first meeting.
Can I recover if I was partly at fault?
Yes. California’s comparative negligence rule reduces your recovery by your share of fault but does not bar it.
Will I have to go to court?
Most cases resolve without a trial. If a fair resolution is not offered, the firm files suit and you are kept informed at every step.
Where in California do you take cases?
